1.To ensure your participation in the 11th VGF please send your application form and your
payment cheque or copy of your bank deposit sheet to the festival Secretariat. Fees for participation are as follows:

- listeners: 20 euros
- active student & participation in the competition (category B): 80 euros
- active student & participation in the competition (category A): 90 euros

Fee should be deposited in the following bank account:

Please make sure that the deposit sheet includes your name as well as the indication VGF12

Fees are not refundable in case of cancellation.

2.In addition to mailing mentioned above, copy of ID card or other legal document indicating date of birth is necessary for all contestants in the competition in VGF. Contestants failing to show such documents will be automatically excluded of the VGF Competition.

3. mailing should be to the following address:

4.    Application form for underaged students should be signed both by student and parent or guardian (parent/guardian ID number should be included).
